Wing nut and lying bastard Roger Ailes, president of the propaganda Channel (FOX), suggested in his interview with the National Review that there is no definition for success in Afghanistan. Huh? And what was the definition for over EIGHT years in Iraq you fatass Republithug? Obama has done more in less than a year of taking over the two wars started by the Cheney/Bush presidency in order to define success in Afghanistan than Cheney and Bush did for the entire duration of their disastrous term as Commander in Chief. Click here to play the ugly toads interview segment. You may need Quicktime to play... click here to install if need be.
"I didn't think that escalating 400,000 more troops [was] warranted [during Vietnam] in a jungle where I didn't know what we were going to win. It's a little bit like Afghanistan right now. Now I understand the nuclear issue, but there is a problem -- when you send people into war, you have to tell them what they're trying to win." WTF, and you called anyone that said that during the Bush atrocity treasonous, lying, and Un American. But now, because what... the President is black, a Democrat it's patriotic to say that now?
And the lying bastards at FOX want to be believed? Oh yes, just in case you've been living under a rock for the last 8 or so years, Ailes' position is basically that "we are escalating a war that we cannot win because there's no definition of winning -- [which is] diametrically opposed to virtually every utterance on the subject of Afghanistan that his network has ever broadcast." I guess this fool believes no one paid attention during the Cheney/Bush years? Just how stupid does Jabba the Hut think we are?
Wow, this turd Ailes has selective memory. Not more than a year or two ago, he and all the other wing nuts were saying to heed the advice of the Generals on the ground. Now the asswipe wants to change his story... why? Maybe because you want keep disseminating your vile, right wing propaganda? Could it simply be because you want to keep deceiving your retarded audience? You just want to keep dumbing down the ill informed, uneducated, rednecks that tune into your network BS?

Who's Dumber than Palin?

Sen. Jim Bunning's office number is: 202-224-4343 - CALL HIM and let him know how you feel about his crusade.
GOP Gasbag Jim Bunning decides the poor need to get even poorer, and who are they to get in the way of him watching Kentucky B-Ball? Sen. Jim Bunning Filibusters Unemployment Extension, and because their leaders have no gonads, the Dems Roll Over and allow this one simpleton to screw with millions of unemployed and of course the states where they would be getting unemployment benefits. Oh yeah and oddly very few MSM outlets identified this ass as the Republithug he is... they simply headlined with "Senator."
If the DEM's had any TRUE leaders... especially when it comes to Obama, and Reid, they'd make certain the entire GOP pays a price for what this asswipe Bunning has done. If I'm not mistaken, the GOP helped fund a competitor, or primary challenger to him not long ago. So even they know this man is wackier than Sarh Plain. Of course he can afford to behave this badly because he's retiring. He claims he's just crusading against deficit spending, but I'll bet he's doing this more to derail the badly needed stimulus spending and to hinder any immediate job creation.Of course, the whole lie through your teeth to scare people into thinking the boogey man is for real deserves a whole lot of payback as well.
Click to see this pompous ass yelling at ABC News reporters... what a total asshole....
It apparently didn't happen on camera, but Bunning also reportedly gave an ABC News producer the middle finger.
The GOP should pay a steep price for what this idiot has done... and if Obama had any huevos, he'd lead the charge. Does anyone know if this one man crusade against logic is the same guy that played major league baseball? Well yes, this is the same Bunning that pitched in the majors. So, someone needs to check for steroids and other drugs... he appears to be on crack. Well then again, which Repuke doesn't?

Water cooler chatter:
Add another chapter to the litany of hypocritical statements from 6 Pack Sarah Palin!
Remember when the half governor of Alaska warned unsuspecting Americans not once but as often as she could to the dangers of "death panels" as explained rather unsubstantiated and wide of the mark to us all on Sarah "Dimwit" Palin's Facebook page and while out on the campaign trail?
She was utterly distraught at the thought her grandson could be the next victim of "socialized medicine".
Well guess what? Recently released documents from the custody battle show clearly Tripp Palin Johnston has socialized health care through Indian Health Services and the Alaska Native Medical Center.
Palin's family has federally funded health care afforded to them... ah, but if you had it Barack Obama might kill you. And to think many white trash, redneck, uneducated and ill informed Americans still believe in this disaster of a human being? Why, or better yet, HOW?
The great state of New Mexico Screws It Up As Always.

We had a chance to lead the nation in doing something positive, inspirational and good for the nation as a whole, but thanks to REPUBLITHUGS, the New Mexico legislature timed out. The New Mexico legislature adjourned for the year on Thursday without acting on a bill that would give preference to community banks and credit unions in bidding for contracts to handle state money.
CONTINUED AT TOP OF NEXT COLUMN..... |
The bill, sponsored by Rep. Brian Egolf (D-Santa Fe), was inspired directly by the Move Your Money campaign. The NM State Rep estimated the bill could potentially take more than a billion dollars away from Bank of America and Wells Fargo.
The bill was sliding along with ease and effortlessly at first. It actually passed the New Mexico House unanimously, and it even cleared two Senate committees and ultimately reached the floor. But oddly, time ran out before it could see a vote. Why? Who's grubbing, hairy palms were greased?
True, the state's constitution requires the legislature to adjourn at noon on the 30th day of its legislative session, which was Thursday. Still the Senate was set to take up the bill on Thursday, but Senate Republicans spent the dwindling hours of the session filibustering a bill that would have allowed judges to put first-time drug offenders in treatment programs instead of prison.
Yes indeed, the New Mexico Republicans ran out the clock at the very end with a filibuster. I know it's hard to believe. I mean, wow, imagine that, Republithugs using a filibuster to derail meaningful actions. And these fools want to know why they've been branded the party of NO!
In what may just be the understatement of the year, VP Joe Biden: says Washington is 'broken'. 'I've never seen it this dysfunctional,' the insightful vice president says. Friends, its comments like that that make you wonder if these people ALL live in a bubble.
Also a new poll says the Majority opposes the recent SCOTUS ruling. A whopping 80% of Americans are against allowing unlimited corporate campaign spending. Yet, the rightwing stll wants to claim Americans want corporations to participate as citizens even though the Washington Post-ABC News poll says American from both parties overwhelmingly oppose the supremes' decision.
Lord only knows these same people who think the SCOTUS is right would agree with many TEXANS who think Oh well, Texans also prefer Tex Mex food, when great New Mexico chile and SW cuisine is just over their border.
Oh I see by the signs in the tea party crowd, its ah... ah... never mind!

The Washington Times' Jim McElhatton has a great story you should read. It's about the hypocritical GOP Senators and Congress critters that blasted the stimulus, but privately begged for their own pork.
Sen. Christopher S. Bond regularly railed against President Obama's economic stimulus plan as irresponsible spending that would drive up the national debt. But behind the scenes, the Missouri Republican quietly sought more than $50 million from a federal agency for two projects in his state.
Mr. Bond was not alone. More than a dozen Republican lawmakers, while denouncing the stimulus to the media and their constituents, privately sent letters to just one of the federal government's many agencies seeking stimulus money for home-state pork projects.
The letters to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, expose the gulf between lawmakers' public criticism of the overall stimulus package and their private lobbying for projects close to home.
"It's not illegal to talk out of both sides of your mouth, but it does seem to be a level of dishonesty troubling to the American public," said Melanie Sloan, executive director of the watchdog group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington.
In a letter to Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, Mr. Bond noted that one project applying to the USDA for stimulus money would "create jobs and ultimately spur economic opportunities."
He and other lawmakers make no apologies for privately seeking stimulus money after they voted against it and continue to criticize the plan: "I strongly opposed the stimulus, but the only thing that could make it worse would be if none of it returned to the taxpayers of Missouri," said Mr. Bond, who is retiring.
But watchdog groups say the lawmakers' public talk and private letters don't square, highlighting a side of government spending largely overshadowed by the "earmarking" process. While members of Congress must disclose their earmarks — or pet projects they slip into broader spending bills — the private funding requests they make in letters to agencies fall outside of the public's view. DEMS who are actually not too bright and a little too far to the RIGHT: Wow, did you see where Harold Ford has decided NOT to RUN against Kristen Gillibrand? He claims its because he thinks that the primary even tough he'd win would love the campaign with too little money against a well funded Republithug... and that the DEM hold would be so slim in Congress that there is NO need to risk it... or words to that affect. Huh? If he honestly feels there will be so many loses and he is the best candidate, why would he not run? Once again slick Harold, we see through your bullshit.
Well of course all this is... is just political speak for, "Oh damn, they figured out my masquerade... and NOW I can't convince them that suddenly I'm a liberal". |

Now Get This....
Colbert Hammers GOP For Insane Euphemisms
Thanks to Frank Luntz and his Word Dorctors, this is not the first time Republicans have twisted words around to follow their agenda, citing classics like "death panel" and "no." And like all the others, "nuclear option" is no less extreme.
To make his point, Colbert noted that any word could be twisted around to have a negative connotation, and conservatives may need to make the health care bill sound even more evil to sway the American people. "Doctors" could be called "rubber gloved ass-probers" who "keep you from going to heaven."
Fat Ass, loudmouth, lying Rush Limbaugh gives DEMS all the incentive and reason they need to pass healthcare reform... a caller asked the slimy one where he would go for health care if Congress enacts reform:
Now the bloated one shows his real colors... some Patriot huh? Things don't go his way so he takes his football and goes home... to Costa Rica... ha ha what a joke! He wants to go to Costa Rica... where they have UNIVERSAL Healthcare? Interesting... what a commie.
UPDATE: You knew it was too good to be trure. The asswipe we know as Rush Limbaugh has already changed his tune: Now he claims what he meant was that he'd go to Costa Rica for his healthcare... not actually MOVE there. Yo dimly lit one, the fact of the matter is that Costa Rica has far superior "Socialist-Communist-anti-American" health care. In fact. it's not just for their citizens, tourists and visitors of all kinds can partake... even FAT, lying druggies like you.
Just six more months and US Troops are suppose to leave Iraq. Iraq just held elections again and this time they were less violent and corrupt (biting tongue... tongue bleeding) so we've been told. So, Jon Stewart devoted a little air time to the Iraq experience and what all this means. He singles out praise for many of the players... and I do mean PLAYERS!
While interviewed on his book tour with Matt Lauer, Karl Rove claims that he never used "Dirty Tricks." Turd Blossom also insisted he is not a negative campaigner. He also claims he's not now, nor ever has been overweight. Yes, he was beaten up by a girl. And that contrary to most views, he says his father wasn't gay. He goes on to say George Bush never lied and was not AWOL as an Air Force National Guard Pilot. He also proclaims the Iraq War was justified, because HE said so... and the rotund one spews out so many other lies that he of course says that he nor Bush ever uttered in his new book Courage and Consequence: My Life as a Conservative in the Fight.
Ah but of course, Matt "I'll believe anything a GOP gas bag tells me" Lauer was more than happy NOT to challenge any one of these ridiculous assertions by Mr. Turd Blossom. Still, its a great read of Pure Fiction, and you'll laugh your ass off at the absurdity of it all.
If you'd like to see some of the BS that Rove put in his book... check out media watchdog Media Matters and read a few of the Rovian lies. They are priceless...
The RNC caught demeaning it's own donors and intentionally trying to make Americans fearfull of their President and Government... I'm so confused. I thought that was the job of Teabaggers....

The Republican National Committee showed little respect for its donors and is trying to manipulate their donors by playing on "fear" of President Barack Obama and the top Republican in the Senate doesn't like it. Politico revealed a GOP PowerPoint presentation last week that recommended using fear and extreme negative feelings about Democrats to raise money. Apparently this is what Republightugs call bi-partisan.
"That sort of thing is certainly not helpful. I can't imagine why anybody thought that would be helpful," Sen. Mitch McConnell told ABC's Matt Dowd Sunday.
"I don't like it. I don't know anybody that does," he said. Oh yeah, and we all believe you Mitchie Boy.
When asked if someone should be fired for the presentation the Senate Minority Leader tried to distance himself from the RNC. "Look, I don't run the RNC. That's up to them," he said. I still don't get it. He said he didn't like it... what? The fact that the RNC cares so little for its donors or simply that they GOT CAUGHT? Which is it McConnell?
Why does CNN think anyone cares what Tom DeLay thinks?
The crook should be behind bars and not trying to compare his crime with what got Charlie Rangell admonished by the ethics committee. What he did was unlawful both in Texas and nationally.... Charlie broke no LAWS. Yet that idiot Candy Crowley allowed him to make the claim that there was a real, an honest comparison. Among other crap that spewed from the bug man's mouth was this little gem. and showing his true compassion for all of mankind, Delay called Sen. Jim Bunning (R-Ky.) "brave" on Sunday for launching a one-man filibuster of unemployment benefits, arguing that they dissuaded people from going out and finding work. Seriously this dickbird actually said, "unemployment benefits keeps people from going and finding jobs. In other words, they have no jobs because they don't want jobs..? Someone please, tell me why does CNN continue to promote this dirt bag?
John Patrick Bedell, the lone wolf shooter of two Pentagon Police Officers is NOT a terrorist. You betcha! Even though the 36-year-old right wing extremist is a fervent anti government believer and was most likely incited by FOX News, the Glen Beck's, Sara Palin's, Michelle Malkin's and that Minnesota wacko Michelle Bachman, or just about most any tea bagger of this world.

John Patrick Bedell
Oh no, not terrorism... it was a US citizen, so it can't be called terrorism... after all he wasn't Muslim... you know?
Sadly, authorities were warned, but apparently nothing if anything was done even after being warned of his unstable behavior, extremist views he was still allowed to purchase a gun even with his history of either bipolar disorder, or manic depression (John Patrick Bedell was in and out of treatment programs for several years).
Why? Seriously, how does HE get a gun? He was missing for four days when his parents called the authorities. So why wasn't a red flag raised? He spent time in Reno, NV where he was given a citation for marijuana possession, or cultivation. Later on he was ticketed for speeding in Amarillo, Texas and still nothing was done. Although, his parent asked that they try to send him to a mental institution, but he refused and the the patrolman who had stopped him go with a warning.
Conservative propagandist Michelle Malkin now says that Bedell was a registered Democrat... really? If so, he didn't share many of the parties core values did he? He does however share many of the Republithugs: In an Internet posting, Bedell had suggested an act like the 2001 terrorist attacks could have been the work of a criminal organization controlling the U.S. government, accepting a "sacrifice of thousands of its citizens ... as a small cost in order to perpetuate its barbaric control."Yes mam Michelle, his deluded and venomous view of the government seems pretty far out there, but leftist? Actually it seems much closer to the views of your compadres. You know like the right wing zealots like you and say... other people much closer to the Republithug power and authority who are out there preaching these days.
Since the first black president was elected, Republithugs have cried the sky is falling over and over again. Republithugs have called any and every Obama policy either a form of socialism, or even Nazism. I will admit they've done it for decades, but not as intensely until the black dude took power... why?.
There is a new movement afloat... the new proposal would put Ronald Reagan's face on the $50 bill. Yikes, Howdy Doody on the fifty? North Carolina Rep. Patrick McHenry's bill to replace Ulysses S. Grant's image with the 40th president's generates controversy. Good lord, 45,000 people die each year without health care and this Yo Yo fiddles with a bill to pay homage to the Patron Saint of STUPIDITY.
"President Reagan is indisputably one of the most transformative presidents of the 20th century," McHenry said in a letter to colleagues seeking their support. "Like President Roosevelt on the dime and President Kennedy on the half dollar, President Reagan deserves a place of honor on our nation's currency."
The $50.00 bill is NOT the appropriate setting for Ronald Reagan face... No sir, at the bottom of public urinals is more apt a spot. You see, that way we can all trickle down on a worthwhile target.

Rachel Maddow sets the record straight. She calls out Orrin Hatch for his lies and the Washington Post for printing them. In Sen. Hatch's column he says, "Reconciliation on health care would be an assault to the democratic process," and argues against the use of reconciliation, a simple majority voting procedure, to "to jam through [health care] legislation." Maddow points out the pompous gas bag Sen. Hatch used reconciliation no less than 10 times over the past 21 years. The GOP is full of hypocrites.
Hutchison Concedes Texas G.O.P. Primary for Governor to Perry
Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison Tuesday night conceded the Texas Republican primary for governor to the incumbent, Rick Perry, saying the party should unite behind the governor so he can win in November.
Just proves that Texas has more wing nuts per square inch than any 20 other states combined... secede, please... do us all a favor.
